Approval for exterior changes (ACC)

Plans must be approved by the ACC before you build or change anything outside; fence applications cost $250 and up; no ACC action in 30 days means approved; a denial can be appealed to the Board (Declaration Art. 4(b)-(c); 2013 fee amendment; 2022 ACC procedures).
