How to use this site
Five short steps.
Start at Home
Tap a topic like "Fences", use Find my phase, or type in the search box. The Home button at the bottom of every page brings you back.
Read the summary
Each rule is a short plain-language summary. The line at the top of each page (Home › Topic) shows where you are. Tap any part of it to go back.
Check the source
Tap the Source link to open the exact page of the recorded document. From there you can open the official PDF.
Read the labels
In force in effect · Superseded replaced by a newer document · Pending not final · Unverified not yet confirmed. Labels always have words, not just colors.
Make the text bigger
On a phone, pinch to zoom or raise the text size in your phone's settings. On a computer, hold Ctrl (⌘ on a Mac) and press +. The page rearranges itself to fit, so you won't need to scroll sideways.
Using the neighborhood passcode
For neighbors
- Anyone can read tickets. To file a ticket or comment, you need the neighborhood passcode.
- Get it from the Elliott Ranch Town Square app. It is never posted on this site.
- Type it in the box labeled Neighborhood passcode. Capital letters, spaces and dashes don't matter.
- Leave Remember the passcode on this device checked, and you only type it once. Uncheck it on a shared computer.
- If it stops working, the board has changed it. Check Town Square for the new one. After 10 wrong tries, wait 15 minutes.
For board members
- The board passcode is separate. Never share it with neighbors.
- Sign in on Board admin.
- To change the neighborhood passcode: after signing in, use Change the neighborhood passcode on the ticket list. The old one stops working right away. Then post the new one on Town Square.
- See Responding to and closing tickets.
